How many user downloads for eventbrite app

As you probably already know, following up after your event happens is one of the most important parts of event promotion. The data from follow-up surveys is invaluable. It tells you what your attendees liked and disliked about your event and gives them some control over the agenda of your future events. It opens a conversation in which your attendees can share ideas about the future of your brand and feel heard by you.

Follow-up also gives you the demographic information you need to attract niche audiences, and effectively build brand loyalty. It misses the nuances of information that can be gleaned from tracking your audience before, during, and after your event takes place. Measuring ROI becomes a virtual nightmare. You need detailed information about how your marketing strategies are helping your brand achieve its unique goals for your event.

While some of these goals become standard over time, others will change to adapt to an evolving audience. No customer base stays the same all the time, and event planners need a system that helps them glean both straightforward and nuanced information. Eventbrite makes it difficult, if not impossible, to connect your event data to your CRM or marketing automation platform. Again, a disadvantage when it comes to cultivating niche audiences.

Seeing a pattern here? Another important part of event strategizing is the ability to incentivize your sales team and other staff.

The Eventbrite app has no tools that allow you to leverage giveaways, discounts, or other benefits that motivate your sales team to perform at its best. As you know, your sales team essentially operates your promotional plan. You rely on your sales team to facilitate thorough follow-ups in a personalized manner, and you want them to do this on time. You need to be able to track sales to know who did what, and who needs improvement.

The good news is that a solution is in the making. I really like the app, however I think it would be very useful if we could remove events we saw and are not interested on. For example, when scrolling down I see something I am not interested on I would like to swipe left or something and not ever see it again.

Also, events that repeat every week are annoying. They are the first ones to show up and they are like surfing lessons or something and each week is the same thing. Even if I choose filters that do not apply to that they still show up.

Finally, filters are not always helpful. I could select community and nothing will come up, but after searching on google events do show up and they are on eventbrite!! Maybe have people posting events answer more questions so the filters can be more accurate.

The day one of my favorite bands put tickets on sale I tried to use the Eventbrite link for my local hometown show. It directed me to the wrong show 1 day later, and I made the mistake of not reading every detail and made the purchase with excitement.

I still wanted 2 tickets, but I wanted them for the show that I originally clicked on. Thanks a lot for that helpful response. I will try to avoid buying tickets from this company for the rest of my life now unless they are the only ones offering them. Terrible customer service, even when the mistake was on both of us.

This app is not reliable at all. I have reverted to using the web app. They show up fine in the Web portal. I get emails on tickets or cancellations at the email address associated with my account, but tickets are not showing up in the IOS App upcoming tickets yes I i have pressed Try again multiple times to no avail.

There can only be one owner user in an organization. Admins have access to all events and permissions. There can be multiple Admin users in an organization. Name the role and assign permissions. Then click the three-dot menu icon next to the role. View, edit, or delete a role.

Then delete the role. This will be the email address they login with to access your event. Optional: Limit access to certain events. Confirm the user is associated with your organization. Share the link with the user to help them complete the process. Glad we could help!

Can you tell us what specifically helped you?
