Go to the PlayStation Store website. Click the Games tab. This option is near the top of the page, just right of the "PlayStation Store" logo. If you aren't logged into your PlayStation Network on this computer, first click Sign In in the top-right corner of the page and enter your account email address and password. Scroll down and click All Demos By Title. It's on the left side of the page beneath the "Demos" heading. Doing so will open a list of all available demos on the PlayStation Network.

Click a demo you'd like to try. This will take you to the demo's page, where you can use screenshots and reviews to determine for yourself whether or not you want to download it. To sort demos by device, scroll down and click your PlayStation's box e.

Click Try Free Demo. It's just below your selected game's icon. Click Confirm Purchase. This option is on the right side of the page. This option is in the bottom-right side of the page under the "Your New Content" heading. Clicking this button will prompt the demo to begin downloading to your PS3 or PS4. If your PlayStation is on and you're signed into your PSN account on it, you'll see a notification window pop up on your TV alerting you that the download has started.
