While we wait for a PC port to finally get released, we can start getting acquainted with some of its characters. Her Artes do not change, so you can continue skewering enemies with Gungnir Twister without a care in the world! Rokuro — White Robes is a costume mod with an amazingly good looking design for Rokuro that turns his robes white. Otherwise, we just need more fast travel options.
A new exploration system was added that gives you a ship at your disposal. These ships can find treasure, while unlocking new areas to explore along the way. Tales of Berseria breathes new life into the Tales franchise. The addition of the soul gauge makes battles feel smoother, although maybe a bit too easy.
If we can see some upgrades to the graphics engine, along with improvements to the level and environment design, I have no doubt the next Tales game will be as good if not better.
For now, Berseria is an excellent addition to the series and one of my favorite in recent memory. Browse games Game Portals.

I'm currently family sharing this game on Steam and am planning on buying it, however the person I'm sharing it from has bought the costume DLC and I used it. I really don't think I want to buy that stuff, but I'm afraid that loading the save without the costume DLC installed will ruin the save. Does anybody have any experience with this or in prior Tales games?
I know this is a weirdly specific scenario to be in. I'm guessing it handles the situation the same on both PC or PS4 so that's why I asked here and not on the dead pc board.
