Can you confirm it for me. So if a have my aim card in my phone with my carrier do I have to get a SIM card from my carrier for the watch and dose both SIM cards need to be actacided for all the apps to work on the watch.
It should work once the SIM fits your watch and you have a data plan, some features are dependent on the app. Strange, reboot the watch and if all else fails go ahead and reset it as that might fix the issue.
